WoW Forever September 22 client update: Mac and gamepad fixes

The September 22, 2026 client update focuses on Mac reliability and gamepad interactions. To test it, exit the beta, update World of Warcraft: Forever through the Battle.net app, then launch the updated client.

What changed

• Several Mac display and stability problems are fixed.
• Controller navigation on the character-selection screen should work more reliably when the game launches with the gamepad already active.
• Gamepad users can interact with items that start quests.

The client also includes other fixes that cannot be tested in-game; the announcement does not identify them individually. At the time, the next full weekly update was scheduled for September 24.
