WoW Forever launches November 4: subscription, upgrades and name reservations

WoW Forever launches globally on November 4, 2026 at 3 p.m. PST. Launch access comes with a WoW subscription or game time; the optional upgrade packs are not the base admission purchase.
What the upgrades change
The Skyborne Heroic Pack adds the Skyborne race and Zephras Isle starting experience, early name reservations, cosmetics and one launch-week friend code. It does not include beta access. Epic adds beta access, 30 days of game time beginning November 4, further cosmetics and three friend codes in total. Warcraft Forever Collection adds Warcraft III: Reforged and Forsaken Kingdom to the Epic benefits.
Name reservations run October 27–November 3 for upgrade owners, for up to three characters. Names are first-come, not guaranteed. Friend codes cover November 4–11, not the beta; email delivery begins October 20, and gift purchases are excluded.
The physical Collector’s Edition
The physical set includes a Warcraft Forever Collection code, a dwarf-and-bear statue, Zephras Isle mousepad, prints, pins and a companion journal. Its beta code has separate emailed redemption instructions. Do not assume that ordering the physical box instantly flags your account like a digital purchase.
Some digital purchases may qualify for balance credit when the physical code is later redeemed, but eligibility depends on the product and upgrade path. Check the support conditions before buying twice.
