WoW Forever GPU support: compatibility is not the minimum specification

Forever requires AMD Graphics Core Next 1, NVIDIA Maxwell or Intel Skylake graphics architecture, or newer. The important distinction is that this is a compatibility floor, not a promise that an old compatible card meets the full minimum specification.

Check your exact graphics model

Blizzard lists the Radeon HD 7850, GTX 750/750 Ti, GTX 9xx and Intel HD 530 as architecture-compatible examples, while explicitly noting that they remain below the game’s minimum requirements. Unsupported examples include Radeon HD 6950, GTX 760/770/780, GTX 8xxM and Intel HD 6000. A larger model number is not a reliable comparison across product families.

On Windows, inspect Display adapters in Device Manager, then compare the exact model against the full system requirements. Check compatibility before installing the beta.
