Volatile Felburst

Fires a bolt of felfire at an enemy that explodes on impact inflicting variable Fire damage to all enemies within a variable radius of the detonation. In addition, all targets hit burn for an additional variable Fire damage periodically for a variable duration. This effect stacks.
