Uprooted Thorns

Thorned roots appear at the target's location, inflicting variable Nature damage to all enemies within a variable radius of the target and knocking them upwards. Additionally, the roots remain at the target's location, inflicting variable Nature damage periodically and reducing movement speed by a variable amount.
