Unstable Runic Mark

Marks all nearby enemies with cursed runes, inflicting variable Shadow damage periodically for a variable duration. Upon expiration, or if the mark is dispelled, the rune explodes, inflicting an additional variable Shadow damage to all allies within a variable radius.
