Corstilax channels at a player for a variable duration, firing a missile at their location every second. When the missile impacts it inflicts variable Arcane damage to all players within a variable radius, increasing their Arcane damage taken by a variable amount for a variable duration. In addition, this effect inflicts variable Arcane damage to all players.
