Sparkblast Ignition

The pyrotechnics ignite, launching fireworks at random player destinations periodically for a variable duration. The fireworks explode on impact, inflicting variable Fire damage to players within a variable radius. When the fireworks are spent, the barrel explodes inflicting variable Fire damage to everyone.
