Shadowhorn Charge

Increases the Physical damage dealt by the caster by a variable amount and speeds its movement by a variable amount for a variable duration. Also curses an enemy on the first successful hit, reducing the Physical damage it deals by a variable amount, reducing the magical damage it deals by a variable amount, and increasing the Physical damage it takes by a variable amount for a variable duration.
