Runecarver's Deathtouch

The Prototype of War carves a sigil into several target's flesh, inflicting variable Shadow damage periodically for a variable duration. This effect inflicts variable Shadow damage to all players within a variable radius upon removal and additionally jumps to a nearby ally if the wearer is not protected with Bastion's Ward.
