Reverberating Refrain

Upon reaching 100 energy, Signe sings of the end for a variable duration and pushes away all players. Upon completion, Reverberating Refrain inflicts variable Shadow damage to all players further than a variable radius yds, causing them to flee in fear for a variable duration.
