Upon reaching 100 energy, Paceran throws vile concoctions at players periodically for a variable duration, inflicting variable Plague damage to players within a variable radius and creating a zone of Noxious Spores at the target location for a variable duration, inflicting variable Plague damage periodically to all players standing within it.
