Mana Bombs

Vexamus infuses up to variable players with explosive mana, inflicting variable Arcane damage periodically for a variable duration. Upon expiration, the mana will detonate inflicting variable Arcane damage within a variable radius and leaving a pool of Corrupted Mana for a variable duration.
