Lunar Barrage

Marks an enemy with Lunar energy, inflicting variable periodically for a variable duration. When Lunar Beacon expires the target's location will be bombarded by a Lunar Barrage periodically for a variable duration. Each Lunar Barrage inflicts variable Arcane damage periodically and Silences while in the barrage area.
