The Eye of the Jailer attempts to wipe out all mortal life around it, permanently increasing its attack rate by a variable amount. In addition, the soul draining effects increase periodically, inflicting a blast of variable Shadow damage and reducing healing received by players by a variable amount until the end of the encounter.
