Ice Sickles

Vx aims frosted daggers at several players, inflicting variable Frost damage to all targets within the dagger's line of travel. The dagger remains embedded in the target, reducing movement speed by a variable amount and inflicts an additional variable Frost damage periodically for a variable duration.
