Haywire Decimation

While haywire, the Fel Reaver's decimation targets random enemies and stuns them. Upon expiring, the enemy destination is bombarded with missiles, inflicting variable Fire damage to enemies within a variable radius, variable Fire damage to everyone and an additional variable Fire damage periodically for a variable duration to all enemies.
