Gleeful Immoliation

The caster summons an orb of Fel Energy at the target location that will explode after a variable duration, inflicting variable Fire damage to all players. Players standing in the orb will take variable Fire damage every second and slowly drain the orb. If the orb is completely drained, no explosion will occur.
