Gathering Tempest

Sszorak surrounds a player with a whirling squall, inflicting variable Nature damage periodically for a variable duration. Upon expiration, the squall bursts, inflicting variable Nature damage to all players and creating a Slipstream. Players farther from the target receive less damage.
