Fiery Meteor

The Eternal Blaze calls down a fiery meteor nearby, inflicting variable Fire damage split evenly among all players within a variable radius of the impact location. If Fiery Meteor fails to hit at least one player, it detonates and inflicts variable Fire damage to all players.
