When a party member drops below a variable amount health, an Ethereal Energy Converter materializes, dealing moderate damage to nearby enemies and taunting them for variable sec. Once the taunt expires, the Converter releases an Etherwave healing nearby allies for a variable amount of their health. Can be triggered every a variable duration. Killing enemies reduces the cooldown of this effect by a variable amount sec.
