Permanently enchant a weapon to sometimes increase Critical Strike by a variable amount for a variable duration, stacking up to 5 times. Upon reaching 5 stacks, all stacks are consumed to grant you variable Critical Strike for a variable duration. Cannot be applied to items above level variable.
