Collapse of Night

Solarist Tel'arn marks several players with Nightwell energy for a variable duration. Marked players inflict variable Arcane damage to all players within a variable radius if they are ever within a variable radius of another marked player or if they aren't within a variable radius of at least one unmarked player. In addition, marked players will periodically summon a Solar Collapse at their location.
