Casting Pyroblast or Flamestrike has a a variable amount chance to summon a storm of variable cinders that pursue your target. Upon reaching your target, each cinder deals variable Fire damage, applies Ignite at a variable amount effectiveness, and spreads a variable amount of your Ignite to up to variable nearby targets.
