Cauldron Catalyst

The caster pours a volatile substance into a nearby cauldron causing launch viscous globs of plague at random targets for a variable duration. Each glob bursts on impact inflicting Nature damage to all enemies within a variable radius of the impact and reducing their movement speed by a variable amount.
