Blight Barrel

Hurls barrels of blight down at random enemies that inflicts variable Plague damage to all enemies within a variable radius leaves a cloud of blight gas on impact. The gas inflicts variable Plague damage to any player standing within its confines and slows their movement, casting, and attack speeds by a variable amount.
