Arcane Bomb

Attaches a massive Arcane Bomb to a player. When dispelled, the bomb no longer tracks the target, but continues to count down to detonation. Upon detonation, Arcane Bomb inflicts variable Arcane damage and stuns all players within a variable radius for a variable duration.
