Arcane Blast

Blasts the target with energy, dealing variable Arcane damage. Each time you cast Arcane Blast, the damage of Arcane spells is increased by a variable amount and spell casting time is reduced by a variable amount. Effect stacks up to a variable number times and lasts a variable duration.
