This Frost damage inflicted increases as the storm persists. Also reduces damage taken by Radiance of Azshara by a variable amount. · · While the Tempest is active, Stormlings will continually spawn within the Eye of the Storm. · · When the Stormwraith is defeated, the Tempest recedes.
